Job Title:  Sales Manager

Job Location:  Manassas, VA

Job Duties:    Direct and coordinate all activities involving sales of the company’s remodeling services and kitchen/bathroom products; review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability; prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures for various remodeling projects; determine price schedules and discount rates for the countertop and flooring products; monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts regarding remodeling services; analyze sales statistics and make recommendations to the President regarding sales potential and inventory requirements; direct and coordinate sales accounting and record keeping activities.

 

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or International Business.  Position also requires at least 10 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternative occupation of Purchasing Agent.  The required experience must have been gained in a company engaged in providing remodeling services.
