The team at Bull Run did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation, from design to demolition to installation of our brand new kitchen. What a difference - we are extremely pleased with their work and the results. Thanks to the entire team (Hakan, Merchad, Orlando and the rest of their hard working, professional experts)!

I am so thrilled with my new bathrooms from Bull Run Kitchen and Bath! They completely gutted my old bathrooms, which were a time capsule to the worst of 1985, and put in new everything with a clean modern design that also goes well with the rest of the house. Designer Salih came to my house to give me a quote and gave me the best sales and design pitch. The quote was what I expected and was comparable to quotes from other companies. Salih was very patient during the design process as I can be very indecisive, and he provided many helpful suggestions. The project manager Mehrshad did a great job making it all happen. He kept me updated on when things would be arriving and when the contractors would be working. He was easy to get in contact with and would respond quickly. He was also great at handling my last-minute requests, such as swapping out towel bars for another size and changing shower curtain rod styles to meet my preference. There was also a surprise issue with the tub we had chosen which couldn't be installed due to the location of the drain. Mehrshad handled it smoothly, ordering a new tub and having it here within a couple days. The contractors Martin and Romero did fantastic work! Everything is so professionally done and looks amazing, I can't believe this is actually my house!

We got several estimates, they were the only ones that happily worked with my spouse and her needs. After sitting down for several hours, going through cabinet designs, needs/wants Hakan gave us several ideas that would better suit the space. With several drawings in hand, we went home to discuss, Hakan offered and came out to talk through the design and give a basic layout of all the plans. Even after they started my spouse had several questions and with a quick call, Jon or Hakan would answer or call back quickly to help. Even though we have a small home, we got the kitchen of our dreams - in a reasonable time, great price, done with a professional install team. I will defiantly use them again and recommend to all my friends and co-workers.

Master bathroom remodeling Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the work performed. The quality of the workmanship completed by Bull Run was excellent. The project manager, Mr. Samadi, was present to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. He always went the extra mile. The cost was comparable to the quotes received from other companies. The only hiccup was that the cabinets did not meet our expectations; although, overall the cabinets are satisfactory.

We engaged several companies about remodeling our master bath. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath stood head and shoulders above the rest from the very beginning. Most just arrived, measured, and followed up with a cost estimate. Charlie not only came to our home and discussed our project in detail, he provided drawings which were incredibly helpful to visualize the end product. Interior design is not our forte, we had only vague ideas concerning styles and materials. BRK&B listened to our input, made excellent suggestions, and expertly guided us through the design process. The installation team was also outstanding. Ronnie and Willie are fantastic folks and their work impeccable. We received regular project status updates and the finished product looks amazing! We couldn't be happier. We have found our “Forever” remodeling company in Bull Run Kitchen & Bath.

We absolutely love our custom bathroom remodel, the work crew was great. The skill of the workers is evident and their ability to transform our builder grade bathroom into a luxury bathroom is a true testament to their craftsmanship. The team has given us exactly what we asked for and what we paid for. To be honest, we did not meet any of the timelines that were initially set, but really, getting a bathroom to remodel in the middle of a pandemic made the timeline a little less predictable. I cannot stress enough that we got everything we wanted and the finished product is beyond our expectations, everyone on the team was extremely helpful and polite. If you have never had a full custom remodel done, let me tell you that it can be overwhelming. You will be picking everything that will go into your new remodel and that in itself can be stressful, Troy Caswell was so helpful in steering us in the right direction, he made suggestions that we would have never considered. The professionalism of the staff was great, we truly appreciated all of the discussions and help to pick out everything that went into this remodel. Ramin, our project manager was very thorough and helpful. We appreciated that he was able to ensure that our vision of our new bathroom was realized. He worked well with the work crew and made sure that everything was done and that we were satisfied before he left. If we had to make one suggestion, it would be to improve communication for scheduling and delays, but again, the work was worth the wait.

We had our hallway bathroom fully remodeled and our master bathroom partially remodeled. I think they did a wonderful job. Marshall was very responsive to our messages. They worked well around our availability, which was very helpful considering our schedules. Would highly recommend.

It's been over a year since our kitchen remodeled was completed and we love it as much as we when it was finished. From Day 1, our experience was great. Charlie took time to sit down with us to listen to our wants and needs, created a beautiful new layout of our kitchen, and walked us through the selection process. Our remodeling process began shortly after the pandemic began, which caused supply issues. The tiles we wanted were on back order, with the shipment date continually being pushed back. The moment Charlie heard the date changed, he called us to let us know and never pressured us to switch to a different tile. After 4 months, we decided to go with a different tile. Charlie made the process very easy and was very positive about the situation. In the end, we liked our new tile better than the original one we chose. The construction and installation process was a breeze, we were always told what they would be doing, when water would be shut off, etc. There was never any surprises throughout the entire process. A year later, it looks just as beautiful as it did Day 1, the only issue we have had is the trashcan track needed to be fixed. We highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath!

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath recently completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel for me. From day one I was very impressed with their professionalism and their promptness. I thought for sure it would take months upon months to get this done, but honestly it was done way before I expected! Hakan sat down with me and was very patient as we picked out all my choices of tile, flooring, cabinets, etc. And it was so nice to be able to do “ a one stop shop” and not have to deal with different contractors. During the installation, Ramin and his team were on time and were quick to answer any of my questions. The work they did was beautiful and I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen and bathroom!! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others!!!
