Cabinet brands

The cabinetry brands in our partner lineup. Available lines, door styles and finishes are confirmed for each project with our design team.

  • KraftMaid

KraftMaid offers a broad range of door styles, finishes and storage options, with physical samples you can compare before you decide.

Its Vantage line is offered through independent dealers and is separate from the lines sold in big-box stores. Ask our design team which KraftMaid lines and selections fit your project.

  • Fabuwood Cabinetry

Fabuwood organizes its cabinetry into three series: Allure with framed construction, and Illume and Ovela with frameless construction.

Door families such as Galaxy, Fusion, Luna and Catalina cover shaker, slab and transitional looks. Materials vary by series, so we compare them side by side for your layout.

  • Yorktowne Cabinetry

Yorktowne Cabinetry spans several lines: Historic with inset construction, Iconic, Classic and the Bath Sanctuary collection for bathrooms.

That range makes it a flexible choice, from a furniture-style traditional kitchen to a calm, spa-like bath. Orderable combinations are confirmed for your specific design.

  • Medallion Cabinetry

Medallion Cabinetry is organized into Silver, Gold, Platinum and Frameless lines, each with its own balance of options and construction.

Silver focuses on value, Gold offers a wider choice of options, Platinum centers on inset construction and Frameless brings a clean, contemporary line. We narrow door, finish and material choices line by line during design.

  • Waypoint Living Spaces

Waypoint Living Spaces organizes its cabinets by numbered door styles, which makes it easy to compare looks side by side.

Materials include painted finishes, wood and Duraform, so the right choice depends on the look you want and how the room is used. We help you settle on style and material before you request a quote.

  • Forevermark Cabinetry

Forevermark Cabinetry is built around collections such as Shaker, Petit, Town, Cullian and Signature, from clean shaker profiles to more detailed looks.

Collections, finishes and written warranty terms vary by line, and we confirm them for the selections in your project.

  • Crystal Cabinet Works

Crystal Cabinet Works offers custom cabinetry at two levels: Current and Frameless Current as its more accessible custom lines, and Keyline and Encore as premium custom lines.

The premium lines open up special door and finish options, which suits projects that call for tailored sizes, details or finishes.

  • ShowPlace Cabinetry

ShowPlace Cabinetry includes framed ShowPlace cabinetry, the frameless EVO line and Longview with a more focused range of options.

Door styles, wood species and finishes can be combined in many ways, so we compare framed and frameless options in the context of your space.

/ Styles

Door styles at a glance

The door sets the character of the room. These are the families of door profiles most kitchens are built from — see them side by side in a showroom before you decide.

  • 01

    Shaker

A flat recessed centre panel inside a square five-piece frame. Clean enough for modern rooms, warm enough for traditional ones.

  • 02

    Slab

A single flat door with no frame detail. Reads minimal and modern, and shows the finish or wood grain edge to edge.

  • 03

    Raised panel

A centre panel profiled up toward the face. Adds depth and shadow for a more formal, traditional kitchen.

  • 04

    Glass front

A framed door with a glass insert, with or without mullions. Opens up upper runs and puts dishware on display.

/ Construction

Framed, frameless or inset?

Construction is decided before the door. It changes the look of the reveal, how much of the opening you can use, and how the doors meet the box.

Framed Frameless Inset
How it is built A solid face frame is attached to the front of the box; doors mount to the frame. No face frame; doors mount directly to the box sides (often called full-access). Doors sit inside the face frame, flush with it.
The look A visible frame line between doors — the classic American kitchen. Tight, continuous reveals; a clean, contemporary line. Furniture-like, precise and traditional.
Interior access The frame narrows the opening slightly. The widest opening — useful for large drawers and pull-outs. The frame narrows the opening; doors need exact fitting.
Good to know The most widely offered construction across lines. Pairs naturally with slab doors and handle-less looks. Usually a premium option; confirm availability per line.

/ How to choose

What to compare before you decide

01

Construction

Framed cabinets have a face frame around the box; frameless (full-access) cabinets do not, which changes the look and the usable opening. Inset doors sit inside the frame for a furniture-like line.

02

Door style

The door profile sets the character of the room — from classic shaker to flat slab. Compare real doors in the same light as your space.

03

Finish

Paint, stain and specialty finishes behave differently over time and in different light. Finish options and lead times vary by brand and series.

04

Layout & storage

Drawers, pull-outs and organizers often matter more day to day than the door itself. We plan storage around how you cook and live.
