After years of living in base housing, the Lundqvist family made Manassas, Virginia their permanent home in 2018 — their very first house. They saw the potential in their Loblolly Trail property right away, but knew that realizing that potential would require a comprehensive full house remodel. After researching remodeling companies in the Northern Virginia area, they chose Bull Run Kitchen & Bath, and the results exceeded every expectation. From a fully renovated kitchen and three bathrooms to heated tile floors installed throughout the main level and beyond, this Manassas full house remodeling project stands as a showcase of what expert craftsmanship and attentive project management can accomplish.

The scope of this Manassas full house remodel was extensive. The Lundqvists worked with Bull Run Kitchen & Bath to transform their kitchen, the main floor bathroom, the kids' bathroom, the master bathroom, and laundry room flooring — along with heated tile flooring installed on the main level and in the basement. What made this full house remodeling project particularly notable was its one-stop-shop approach: the Lundqvists did not have to source their own materials or coordinate multiple vendors. Bull Run Kitchen & Bath handled everything from initial design mockups through material selection and final installation, making what could have been an overwhelming undertaking feel manageable and even enjoyable.

Design & Materials:
One of the most talked-about features of this Manassas full house remodel is the heated tile flooring. Originally, LVT flooring was ordered for the main level, but when the manufacturer changed their product and the delivered materials did not match expectations, the team pivoted entirely — replacing it with radiant heated tile installed throughout. The upgrade transformed the way the family experiences their home: "You can walk barefooted and not feel a cold spot anywhere — it is wonderful." The master bathroom also received a new soaking tub, a feature the homeowner particularly appreciated after years without a properly heated one. The kitchen featured an island with a ventilation solution that required creative engineering — the island vent placement was described as "a tricky piece of work," but the Bull Run team found innovative ways to make it function perfectly within the space.

Why Bull Run:

Testimonial:
“We chose Bull Run Kitchen & Bath because they had the best materials and what we saw was quality work. Some of the other places were making us try to find our own materials and go to Home Depot and do half the things — but Bull Run was all about taking everything from square one. One-stop shopping all the way through.”
