Gay Wince and her husband had been dreaming of this Manassas bathroom remodel for 13 years. Since moving into their home, they had planned and saved, envisioning a bathroom that would truly reflect their lifestyle — a sophisticated, masculine space with clean lines, custom storage, and personal touches that a standard renovation could never deliver. When they finally moved forward with Bull Run Kitchen & Bath, the result was everything they had hoped for, delivered by a team Gay describes as having gone "above and beyond" from the very first day.

This Manassas bathroom remodeling project was extraordinary in scale as well as in design. The space is effectively two bathrooms combined into one — a large, luxurious master suite that required careful planning to function as a cohesive whole while accommodating the distinct needs and preferences of both homeowners. Gay and her husband connected with Tracy, Bull Run Kitchen & Bath's design consultant, and his calm, confident approach immediately put the couple at ease. He came to the home for a walkthrough and then met with them at the Bull Run Kitchen & Bath design studio — an environment that gave them access to materials, layouts, and inspiration they had not encountered anywhere else. Going in, Gay knew she wanted a masculine aesthetic with clean, uncluttered lines. She and her husband did not arrive with a fully formed plan — they relied heavily on Tracy's expertise. But they also came with specific personal wishes that needed to be built into the design, and Tracy incorporated every one of them without hesitation.

Design & Materials:
- Clean Lines: The foundational design principle — a masculine, architectural aesthetic that prioritizes strong geometry and avoids ornamental excess
- Custom Cologne Display Cabinet: A dedicated display cabinet for the husband's cologne collection, built into the bathroom design as a personal statement piece and functional storage solution
- Dedicated Makeup and Hair Vanity: A separate vanity station designed specifically for Gay, with the space and configuration needed for a proper hair and makeup routine
- Combined Layout: The dual-bathroom footprint was unified into a single luxurious master suite, with each partner's space defined and purposeful within the whole
- Material Selection: Tracy guided the couple through material choices that aligned with the masculine, clean-lined aesthetic while maintaining warmth and livability
- Tile Work: Edwin, described as an "amazing tile master," executed the tile installation with a level of precision and artistry that set the visual tone for the entire bathroom
- Project Management: Sona served as project manager, coordinating the construction team (led by Juan and Edwin) and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish

Why Bull Run:

Testimonial:
“While this process was going on, my friends in my neighborhood have been knowing that we wanted to do this for 13 years. Through the progress they've seen, so many people from our neighborhood have asked me for the information about who did our bathroom and the exact designer and project manager.”
