Two Bathroom Remodels in One Haymarket Home

A kitchen gut renovation — floor to ceiling — is among the most involved remodeling projects a homeowner can undertake. Everything comes out: cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances, and often plumbing and electrical behind the walls. What goes back in is completely new, and every selection matters because every selection will be lived with daily for years to come. The Haymarket kitchen renovation was planned carefully with Tracy, with selections covering every element of the finished space. The two bathroom renovations followed a similar collaborative process, with designs developed to complement the home's overall aesthetic while addressing the specific functional and visual needs of each bathroom. The kitchen turned out "wonderfully" — the homeowners' word — and the bathrooms were "terrific." Those outcomes don't happen by accident in a full gut renovation. They happen because the design work upstream of construction is done thoughtfully and the installation work is overseen by people who care about the result.

On-site supervision from both Charlie and Hakan was a distinguishing feature of this Haymarket bathroom remodeling and kitchen renovation project. Having experienced supervisors on-site — not just checking in occasionally, but present and actively engaged — means that questions get answered in real time, decisions get made by people who understand the design intent, and quality issues get caught before they become problems.

"The people on site doing the work, as well as the supervisory people — Charlie and Hakan — were just wonderful to work with," the homeowners said. That's not a comment about the finished tile or the cabinet finish. It's a comment about the people — and it reflects something important about the culture Bull Run Kitchen & Bath has built. Skilled, professional, and genuinely pleasant to have in your home for the duration of a multi-scope renovation. The deck project that ran alongside the bathroom and kitchen work was also completed as part of the engagement, demonstrating again the range of capabilities Bull Run Kitchen & Bath brings to comprehensive home remodeling projects throughout Northern Virginia.
