The Fairfax homeowner came to Bull Run Kitchen & Bath with a personal connection: a friend had recently had their kitchen remodeled by Bull Run and could not stop talking about the finished product and the experience. That enthusiastic endorsement served as a strong signal, and it brought this homeowner through the door of the Bull Run Kitchen & Bath showroom to meet with designer Hakan. From the first visit, Hakan approached the project the right way. He scheduled a home visit to measure the bathrooms and assess what needed to be done, listened carefully to the homeowner's vision, and shared examples of similar projects he had previously completed. The homeowner appreciated this evidence-based approach — seeing real finished work rather than just promises. Even after meeting with Hakan, the homeowner looked at other remodelers for comparison. "Having a second opinion was always a smart idea," they noted. Ultimately, Bull Run Kitchen & Bath was the clear choice.
Design & Materials:
The material selection session at the Bull Run Kitchen & Bath showroom took approximately an hour and a half — an efficient, productive session that resulted in a comprehensive selection and a same-day quote. Hakan's layout ideas and willingness to present materials and finishes in person made the selection process clear and confidence-building. The master bathroom installation was executed with exceptional precision. The installation specialist was meticulous in every measurement and every tile cut, checking the layout multiple times to ensure it was exactly as the homeowner wanted before committing to permanent installation. This level of care is what turns good material selections into beautiful finished rooms.

Testimonial:
“The actual person who was doing the installation was a delight to work with — he was meticulous in every measurement that he made for the tile cuts, for the layout. He would check to make sure that that was exactly what we were looking for. He would ask multiple times to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for — and then the end result ended up being beautiful for both the master bathroom as well as the guest bathroom.”
