The owners of this Centreville home had lived with the same builder-grade hall bath since 1998: a shallow alcove tub, a single vanity, and a window that fogged every winter. They wanted a room that felt like the quiet end of the day rather than a pass-through.
Challenges:
The existing window sat exactly where a freestanding tub would look best.
The home's only full bath had to stay usable for most of the build.
