We engaged several companies about remodeling our master bath. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath stood head and shoulders above the rest from the very beginning. Most just arrived, measured, and followed up with a cost estimate. Charlie not only came to our home and discussed our project in detail, he provided drawings which were incredibly helpful to visualize the end product. Interior design is not our forte, we had only vague ideas concerning styles and materials. BRK&B listened to our input, made excellent suggestions, and expertly guided us through the design process.
We had our hallway bathroom fully remodeled and our master bathroom partially remodeled. I think they did a wonderful job. Marshall was very responsive to our messages. They worked well around our availability, which was very helpful considering our schedules. Would highly recommend.
Appointment was set for 4-5 and at 4:30 I received a call saying he would not arrive until 5:40. This was quickly followed by asking me if I wanted to cancel the appointment. After his arrival the man had no good ideas for our bathroom and instead was going on about the codes. Having gone through many bathroom renovations I told him I was aware of all the codes. The only ideas he came up with were followed by but that wouldn't work because of the codes. Finally we, more like I, came up with a plan and I was told it would be 5-6 months before they could begin. They should lead with this because it was a deal breaker. This was the only company on this timeline and such a waste of time.
